- Future Leadership: Although finding a successor to Jay Shah isn’t officially on the agenda, there are rumors that Anil Patel, secretary of the Gujarat Cricket Association, and Rohan Jaitley, president of the Delhi and District Cricket Association, are in the running to replace Shah ¹ ² ³.
- IPL Retention Rules: The IPL Governing Council will also meet to discuss and finalize the retention rules for the IPL 2025 auction ¹ ². Teams might be allowed to retain five players with one Right to Match (RTM) option ¹ ².
- Other Agenda Items: The AGM will also cover the appointment of sub-committees, approval of the annual budget for 2024-25, and a review of the report on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Policy ¹ ².
